We recognise that occasional visitors may not want to invest in a wristband, so we offer venues and events the opportunity to purchase guest bands at a discounted price. These bands are registered to the club, venue or event rather than to individual users.

Guest bands
We offer venues and events the opportunity to purchase guest bands at a discounted price of £8.95. These bands are registered to the club, venue or event rather than to individual users. These bands are managed by you so that you can add the guest's name, important medical information and ICE contact(s) prior to checking them in to your venue. Our silver and gold subscription levels include free guest bands each year. Silver - 12 free guest bands worth over £100. Gold - 25 free guest bands worth over £220.
Zones/activities
At the bronze subscription level, you can set up to three different zones or activities to move members between or to check them in or out of. If you want to manage more zones/activities, we recommend that you choose our silver or gold subscription level. Silver - up to 5 zones/activities. Gold - unlimited zones/activities.
Data fields
The venue admin portal allows you to choose from a set of data fields which you or your staff can update at any time in the app. For example, our open water swimming venues log the air and water temperatures regularly. This information is visible to our members on the venues page of the app. The number of data fields varies with your subscription level: Bronze - up to 2 data fields. Silver - up to 3 data fields. Gold - up to 5 data fields.
Login ids
You can manage your staff log in ids from the venue admin portal. The number of unique log in ids you can have on each subscription level is as follows: Bronze - annually; Silver - quarterly; Gold - monthly.
Guest data reports
Organisations can download guest data from the venue admin portal. This report will show any information that has been logged against the organisation's guest bands which are managed by the organisation.
Milestone reporting
Organisations who choose our silver or gold subscription levels can set milestones for their members. These can be activity milestones calculated automatically in the app, for example completing 10 activities or more at your venue, or you can set and update the milestones yourself, for example completing an induction course or other achievement. Members can see their progress towards these milestones in the app. Silver - up to 5 milestones. Gold - up to 10 milestones.
Emergency SMS
Our silver and gold subscription levels allow you to activate automated SMS alerts to a nominated organisation member in the event an emergency incident is generated at your venue. The selected contact will also receive an automated SMS when the incident is closed.
Silver subscriptions receive 20 free SMS credits each year. Gold subscriptions receive 50 free SMS credits each year. Silver and gold level organisations can also purchase additional SMS credits in the app.
Attendance statistics and reports
Our silver and gold subscription levels give you access to a variety of reports via our venue admin portal including attendance statistics and emergency incident reports.
