Participant profiles
If you want to manage more than one profile in the app, we recommend that you choose our silver or gold subscription level.
Silver - up to 3 profiles can be managed in the app.
Gold - up to 6 profiles can be managed in the app.
Voice message
Our silver and gold subscription levels allow you to record a voice note for each Sports Guardian band you have registered in the app. The voice note can be accessed and played in the event of an emergency. You can also highlight the importance of the voice note in the additional notes section of the app. This is particularly useful for reassuring younger members or those suffering with anxiety or similar issues.
Emergency SMS
Our silver and gold subscription levels allow you to activate automated SMS alerts to your primary ICE and selected additional ICE contacts in the event that the QR code on your band is scanned to generate an emergency incident. If the emergency incident has been generated while you are checked in to a Sports Guardian club, venue or event, the selected contacts will also receive an automated SMS when the incident is closed.
Silver subscriptions receive 40 free SMS credits each year.
Gold subscriptions receive 60 free SMS credits each year.
Silver and gold level members can also purchase additional SMS credits in the app.

Edit activity log
Our silver and gold subscription levels allow you to edit any activity that is logged as a result of you unlocking the QR code on the band for your own safety.
